Hi! I am Lianne,

a Project Management professional with nearly two decades of experience in the field.

I started my journey in IT implementations and have since worked in construction, software and non-for-profit environmental restoration. 

Throughout these varied environments, I noticed a universal truth:

Projects succeed not just because of plans and processes, but because of the people involved.

Communication and relationships were always the hidden engines driving project success.

But it wasn’t until I delved into Ontological Coaching that my perspective transformed. This new toolkit revealed a profound insight: our mindsets shape how we experience and interpret our world.

Suddenly, I saw how the stories people tell themselves and their moods could significantly impact a project’s trajectory.

A project’s success was deeply intertwined with the emotional and psychological landscapes of those involved.

In 2022, I stepped into a role of Chief People & Capability Officer, and this deepened my understanding of the crucial link between people engagement, workplace culture, and project outcomes. This revelation proved especially crucial in the realm of change which by its nature, breeds resistance. Through the study of Prosci-based Change Management techniques,

I learned how we can reshape the project narrative and empower individuals to embrace and own the change rather than resist it.

I realized that for the best chance at project success, you need effective project planning, strategic change management, and an understanding of human dynamics all working together through
